PRIDE 2015: Three Strange Women & Teamsters Local 25 to Join Forces Again!

I am proud and excited to announce that Three Strange Women Productions & the Teamsters Union will be joining forces again this summer in the 45th Annual Boston Gay Pride Parade 2015! This is the official announcement that the Teamsters have once again graciously donated the use of their flatbed for the parade!

Last year was their first time participating in the Boston Gay Pride Parade and I'm beyond excited to be working with them again! 

Lynda Beaulieu of Teamsters Local 25 graciously donated her entire day to driving this gigantic beast slowly through the roaring, cheering, glitter and rainbow littered streets of our beautiful, prideful city last year, and I am happy to also say that she will be driving the truck and celebrating with us again this Pride Parade!

"As a member of the GLBT community and as a member of Teamsters Local 25, I couldn't have been prouder than being given the honor of driving my union's truck in my community's parade.
There were cheers naturally for the Three Strange Women float, but also cheers for Local 25's participation. Quite a few spectators also have family connections to Local 25 as they shouted that to me as our dance party passed them.
I look forward to driving Three Strange Women on what should be once again, "The Loudest Float In The Parade", at 2015 Pride!"

Roughly two years ago, I had a vision of and began to conceptualize my own float in the parade, and with much hard work and determination, it has since become one of my greatest recurring accomplishments. This summer will be my 3rd consecutive year organizing and officiating the fundraising, decorating, and promotion of the TSW brand float.

This year, with the Supreme Court now hearing several same-sex marriage cases and considering accepting these and all same-sex marriages as constitutionally legal in all states, it is almost needless to say that Pride celebrations are going to be INSANE this year, no matter the outcome.

So with great pleasure and much delight that I begin the fundraising process and develop new connections for this year's Three Strange Women Productions Float!
